Menu one priced at £15.95 per person
- Marinated large juicy king prawn kebabs with fresh pineapple and red peppers
- Succulent homemade beef burgers
- Lemon, thyme and garlic marinated free range chicken breast
- Cumberland sausages with freshly fried onions
- Freshly prepared tossed mixed leaf salad
- Home made tomato and chilli potato wedges
- A selection of breads, relishes, mustards and dressings.
Menu two priced at £34.95 per person
- A Fresh Suckling pig slow roasted on a spit served with a homemade apple sauce
- A selection of Lincolnshire, Cumberland and pork and apple sausages
- Fresh tuna steak with a lime and garlic butter
- Mediterranean vegetable skewers
- Jacket potatoes with Jersey butter
- Corn on the cob
- Mozzarella beef tomato and fresh basil salad, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
- A selection of bread, relishes, mustard and dressings
