Starters
- Hot prawns
- Large fresh prawn’s sautéed with garlic, white wine, tomato, red chilli and cream, served with warm crusty bread.
- Leek and Potato soup
- Homemade soup made from Maris Piper potatoes and fresh organic Leeks, seasoned, and finished with a touch of cream and homemade croutons.
Main Courses
- Chicken Tricalore - strips of tender chicken that have been marinated with spices and white wine, then sautéed with green, yellow and red peppers fresh spices and cream. This dish is served with seasonal vegetables and jersey new potatoes.
- Roasted Loin of Pork - a loin of pork that has been slow roasted with garlic and rosemary. This dish is served with jus, seasonal vegetables and creamed leek mash.

- Home made apple tart served with vanilla ice cream
- Fruit salad
- A fresh homemade fruit salad with exotic fruits served with fresh cream
